Great wings!!!! Nothing is ever handed over cold or needing to redo. I also love the name of whom prepared my order is on the bag. Not that I have ever but if needed I’d know whom to ask questions too. Food is placed nicely and not thrown inside like other wing stops. A lot of smiles and during a pandemic it’s very clean inside and the restroom. The lobby floor is spotless!!! Cieara told me about the survey and I gladly completed it.
I'm gonna be fair here. I absolutely LOVE the lemon pepper wings. I love them so very much that there are times when I crave them. I decided to Branch out my taste buds and I ordered the regular hot. Those things are amazing too! I love the Fries. They have the best seasoning. And don't even get me started on the home made ranch. But yall, every wing stop I have ever been to has the exact same problem. I'm gonna appeal to the wingstop people here: could you please tell us why it takes longer than a sit down restaurant to get my food? I just don't understand why it takes so long to fry up the wings? Like I try to order ahead of time. I try to wait it out so that all I have to do is walk right in. But it never fails when I get there is when they start my order. It is legitimately the biggest flaw that this fast food restaurant has.
I’d give zero stars if that was an option. I placed an online order at 7:00pm. It said the order would be ready in 16-21 minutes. We arrived to pick up our order at 7:20pm. They said it would be 7 more minutes. That turned into an hour and 45 minutes later until we got our order. As we waited other orders that were coming out were wrong, and we saw people complaining. I should have just asked for my money back after 30 minutes of waiting.
The people working here are rude and don’t know how to communicate properly. They messed up my order twice and did not care, I got home and found items missing and had to come back to get the missing items. Also witnessed another man who had an order messed up when I initially ordered and they were trying to ignore him. Wing Stop is good, but THIS location sucks and should be avoided.
This Wingstop is the absolute worst I have ever experienced in my 15 years of eating Wingstop. The female manager at this location attitude and customer service is Horrible and she has passed it on to her employees. And it reflects, the employees have been replaced numerous times, However it is still horrible because management. I really wish that I didn’t have to go 10 miles out of my way to another Wingstop to get good food and good customer service. Good Customer service start from the top. If management is horrible then the employees will be horrible and the food will be horrible. I will never visit this location again!
This location is HORRIBLE!!!! GO TO ANY OTHER ONE!!! We ordered delivery ON THEIR WEBSITE & they didn't deliver our thigh bites. They said THEIR driver didn't pick up the second bag so now WE have to drive up there & pick them up OR order them again & PAY AGAIN FOR THEM!!! WHAT KIND OF HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS???? INCREDIBLY disappointed!!!! NEVER AGAIN WITH THEM!!! And this isn't the first time we've had issues with them & we keep trying but not anymore...
We’ve tried giving this location so many chances and each time it drastically gets worse. The food is never on time…knowing that I always arrive 10-15 minutes after the time it says it’ll be ready and in most cases it still isn’t ready and have to wait an additional 25 minutes. This last time not only was it super late but the fries were burnt and stale beyond belief. Furthermore, my meal was wrong, so had to drive back and return it. Ended up ordering from another location and making the further drive. Never ordering from here again. It’s been too many times that this location misses. Really wish they would get their act together since it’s so convenient to my house.
Hate the costumer service here. Please for the love of god, hire people with some common decency. Train your staff even. It’s not that hard, honestly. Never seen this behavior from a wingstop other than this one. ESPECIALLY because one: A worker almost started a physical altercation over their co workers order mistake, and two: a man was calling in the kitchen!! Like what?
Unprofessional staff especially the Manager, Kiana. I ordered a 30 piece, well done - Lemon Pepper, Mango Habanero, and Louisiana Rub. They gave me Garlic Parmesan instead of Lemon Pepper. The Louisiana Rub was plain with no rub on it. The wings were not well-done as requested, they were soggy, white, and undercooked. I went to the location to return the order and to give them the opportunity to rectify the situation. Big mistake. I interacted with the manager, Kiana or Keona. She was rude, aggressive, intimidating, and unprofessional. She didn’t acknowledge or apologize for the mistake. When the cook asked her what was wrong he looked unclean she told him that he messed up an order but it was ok because he’s not perfect. She said this in front of me! You’re telling him that it was ok that he undercooked the chicken! Do you understand that this could make me sick? That this could lead to a lawsuit for GRS FOODS LLC - the owner and operator of this franchise. I took the number off the wall so I could report her and guess what she said….it didn’t matter what I said because she’s the GM and it’ll be routed back to her! Now I’m being threatened? AVOID THIS LOCATION ALL COSTS!
Just ordered delivery. Figured I give them one more chance. Well big mistake. They always get the order wrong and always forget the ranch. Not even worth driving up there to try and fix the issue. What a waste of money. Will be ordering form a different Wing Stop from now on.
