I really wanted to love these guys!  We called a month ago and again last week to confirm. Drove from Pinedale to drop our camper off at 9am. As we drove up the gates were locked...its now 9:15. In the 90mph wind we unhooked our camper and write a note to leave it at the gate. Just as we prepared to leave...now 9:30 two gentleman drove up to open the gates. Their greeting was less than favorable. They did not offer any help to move our camper into the yard nor did they really care to treat us as customers. My husband said we are not impressed and they told us that we were more than welcome to hook it up and take it else where. So thats what we did!!! Thank you First Choice RV for treating us as customers and helping us out!!! Randy was so helpful and he will be calling us soon with an estimate for repair!

Sorry you all have had bad experiences.   I wish my dad (Don) was still around.  He believed a handshake and your word meant something.

Hate is a strong word, so I wouldn't say that. But I would give it one star. This place might have been good when Don was still around, but his daughter runs the place now and I wasn't pleased at all with the way they do business. We bought a used camper and we like the camper. They said they would clean it and they didn't. They said the batteries were less than two years old. They didn't last one night even after having the generator on for about three hours before we went to bed. I replaced them today and the sticker on the side said 6/11, so about 4 years old. We tried to get a weight distribution hitch through them and they dropped the ball over and over again. Lying isn't the way to do business and I've made it a point to not do business with them again.

I have done business with Don's RV for the past 5 years with excellent service.
 But this last time I took my home on wheels in the service was terrible. I was given an estimate of $200 for the job. She called and told me my bill was at 640. Do I want her to continue doing the work. 
They cannot give a fair estimate.
I feel like the staff left and these new folks are scam artist wanting to take ownership of your motor home.
She would not prove the work had been done, nor would she grantee her work.
Do NOT leave your vehicle with these people.

Ive been doing business with Dons RV in Rock Springs for nearly 30 years. In this time, I have purchased at least 3 RVs, and had multiple service experiences as well as parts purchases from Don and his staff. It is nice to walk into a family business, with all generations involved in the production of this dealership and be appreciated. I know I can call on Don or his staff, at home or at the dealership and they will do what they can to accommodate me in a time of need or want. They've met me many Saturdays and after hours to pick up my RV, let me grab some parts or whatever it is that I am needing.  I cant imagine our town without the expertise of Mr Murphys many years of knowledge in the RV industry! It is a place where local or not, you are treated like family and given Honest, Reliable Service no matter who you are or where you are from.
