Everyone was amazing (except Rachel-she was okay, just not as friendly as everyone else comparatively)! This has been the BEST experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. Previously I had purchased from Fremont Motors (in Riverton) and had nothing but issues. (Mainly with the service department.) When I purchase a vehicle in the future, First Choice Ford will definitely be the first place I shop. I highly recommend it. Additionally, when I purchased from the other company, I didn't get a walk through of the car and it's features, the gentleman (I sadly can't remember his name) was AMAZING!. He showed me things that I would have never figured out on my own. And Tina, Internet Sales/Finance Director was INCREDIBLE to work with! Again, this has been the best vehicle purchase I've had! I'd also shopped around in the whole state of Wyoming and parts of Utah, First Choice Ford offered the best deals.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! We went in to first choice ford to trade our vehicle off that we had gotten 10 months earlier at the same place!!! We had noticed a few problems with our "new vehicle" such as squeaking and grinding. We took it in and they started accusing us of taking our truck off road and jumping it. Mind you that we were very careful with what we did and the damage that was done was PRIOR to us purchasing the vehicle. Claiming they had gone back into the CSI report that nothing had happened before they sold us it, when we asked to see it they REFUSED to show us the report so how are we to know that what they were telling us was true?. The  mechanics were clueless idiots who had no idea what they were talking about! This is not the first time they have sold us a lemon vehicle. First Choice Ford is a horrible, horrible dealership, the WORST I have ever been to and I would not recommend anyone to take their vehicles or purchase a vehicle here.

I purchased my 2009 Ford Escape here and have used the service department exclusively for my car.  They have done an excellent job for me over the years.  The service staff is friendly and very helpful. Thank you, Shaina and Noelle!  Bodie and the mechanics have taken great care of my car and I appreciate and trust them. Thank you all.

These guys are simply fantastic! By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was a bit weary of buying a truck out state but they made it so easy for me. After a few calls, we worked every thing out beforehand so when I drove up there to pick up the truck all we had to do was sign paperwork and drive away. I was even more impressed when I went to register my truck and everything for the truck was ready waiting for me there. Truly a great experience. The lady at the DMV even commented that this dealership always has everything in order which makes her job a lot easier as well.

Twice now I have had car trouble while driving through Wyoming and have had to take my truck to First Choice Ford. Both times the staff at First Choice Ford have Ben very helpful get me in and out back on the road the same day.  If you heave ever broke down out of your own state you know most dealers won't even look at your car the same day.  I highly recommend this dealership for all your service needs.
