Buying the car itself was a great experience but when I have only had it not even a month and I'm having continuous problems with it, that's not so great. I called the shop this morning to get more information on what they could do to help me (my car went into reduced engine power mode) and the service person treated me like I was dumb. Not a great experience with the service people.

First vehicle was quick and easy, great customer service, no issues. Second vehicle took half a day, customer service was not good, paperwork is screwed up, two months later it's still not fixed. Not happy.

I was driving through Wyoming on a holiday road trip when my dog had an accident in my car.  Specifically on the driver's seat.  I had 2000 miles left on my road trip, and no other car wash in Rock Springs did interior detailing.  Turns out, this dealership does detailing!!!  Took me right away, and did an amazing job.  My only other option would have been to drive a couple hundred miles into a larger town / city.  These guys truly saved my day!
