At first we were skeptical to purchase from Fremont after I had a bad experience with old management there 2 years ago, I own a business locally I ended up taking one of my customers to the service dept. While I was waiting I asked for a brochure on the jeep wrangler Scott  quickly got me some information that I was looking for Scott didn't have an answer to a question that I had he immediately told me he wasn't sure how to answer the question and politely excused himself and grabbed somebody who could answer it for me most salesman would make up the answer to make me happy instead he put pride down and asked someone who knew the answer after all my questions I left without any hassle or trying to sell me something today so Eric Nations does some follow up with me in the meantime we had a medical emergency and was not able to be reached I told Eric it was going to be a few days we traded in a camp trailer Eric said where is the trailer it was in my shop he said don't worry I'll go to your shop and take pictures and handle all the trade value information take care of the emergency I'll do what we need to do for you we had to have a certain jeep color package etc this deal went for 2 weeks all on us deciding what package color etc upon arrival to the dealership yesterday I was greeted like I was somebody of course being covered in grease and oil looking like I had no business being there I was introduced to Chris the general sales manager he was very cordial with me I told him I do have a friend of 40 years at another jeep store out of town showed him what I was looking at and was asked why are you here if I have a friend in Utah that sells jeep  that was impressive to me that he would ask that even though it may cost a deal for them I answered I own a business here and want to keep my business local if possible not only did he get us the jeep we wanted he got one that had more options and for a smaller dollar figure  thank you Scott, Eric and Chris we are very happy with our visits to your store give Scott a raise that guy is genuine and sincere!!!

Had a decent experience except for the service work I had done and a tech didn't tighten down part of my exhaust and I about lost it. Definitely look over your stuff thoroughly if taken here

I just want to express my gratitude and appreciation for the service I received last week. I was up from Colorado working when the water pump went out on my 2014 Ram 3500 in Point of Rocks and Fremont had a tow truck out to me with an hour of my call. The tow truck driver was incredibly fast. Then I was shocked to find out that the truck was fixed in less than 4 hours.  When I got to your shop the truck was being washed. Your people did all of this while remaining calm cool and organized. I have rarely in my life seen customer service at this high level. It's obvious that people at Fremont care and I know that achieving this sort of quality didn't just happen on it's own. Very nice job to everyone. I wish Fremont was in Greeley. Thanks again!
