I don't know who was i talking this morning when he open the shop he might  be the owner or whoever he is they don't deserve  to open that shop anymore what a mean person I'm asking about the $19. 95 tune up that they have  in front of the shop ? He said were not open yet  its  11:05 already the shops sign open @ 11 :00 ive been waiting in front of the  shop and he looks on my bike sarcastically and said not with your bike its mucho  trabajo  .. go to another bike shop 😡😡😡

This guy is a dick I called and asked a question and  he couldn't help and I said ok thanks so he just  hangs up with out saying bye

Don't give old hippie guy hard time, the bad reviews are just from competitions cycle shops.

Dons not pretentious.
I bought my favorite bike here.

All around horrible. We stopped by this place to look at bikes because we were interested in buying two. A bike for me and one bike for her.The owner immediately asked us "Are you going to buy a bike?". I said "No" and paused because I was going to say "We want to buy two." But before I could say anything more, he shook his head as if he was disgusted that we stopped by his store and then said "Well don't waist my time." as he walked away. Really? At that point we decided that we had seen enough of Don's cyclery without taking a look at bikes. I feel that if I'm going to make a purchase of a couple hundred dollars, its not going to be from a guy who treats doesn't treat us with respect.

Question, is there a way to give zero stars? By no means does this "business" deserve your money. Went in for a simple tune up and the clown in the pony tail decided to get smart with me and accused me of knowing nothing of my bike, and when I went to pick it up the bike was still having the same problems. I would have gladly dropped extra money somewhere else to be treated with respect and for better quality work
