I have received good service from this shop. I was going to give it four stars only because it doesn't have a huge selection of Mountain Bikes, but considering the location, I'm sure they have to cater to the cruiser style bike riders. That being said, I received great service and work performed on my bike. Specifically from their mechanic JT. He's done everything thing from a full frame replacement for me, to a small derailleur adjustment that I just couldn't seem to get right. Also, it seems like I always get the same sales rep, who is real friendly and willing to do price matches on parts. As many of us, I'm on a tight budget, and Performance has always been willing to negotiate labor costs, or do price matching. Also, check their online sales for good deals. ....I just talked myself into upgrading them to 5 stars.

Came to get my leader bike a headset and get a new folk installed. JT is an awesome bike mechanic who worked on my bike and properly did all the necessary work to get me back on my bike.

A bit smaller than the other ones I've been to, but the staff is very helpful. We picked out a road bike that I absolutely love and they've even helped me with a few maintenance issues

Awesome help and great customer service. I bought a bike from them awhile back and it was the wrong size for me. I took it in for an exchange and they were very friendly and eager to help me out. I def highly recommend Performance Bicycle for all your cycling needs!!
