Fantastic customer service and fair prices. These guys took the time to patiently answer all my questions, including providing a rational comparison of the advantages/disadvantages of buying a bike from them vs. buying a cheap bike from a superstore. They even installed my electric wheel kit for what seemed like a very good price given the extensive effort they put into doing it right.

Dan, owner and operator, just dropped everything he was doing to fix my wheel (broken spoke) and get me back on the road.  I commute by bike daily and this was not going to be a fun ride home without his help. Exemplary customer service is not dead.  Very courteous and kind!  I'll be back!

Only got a chance to run in and get some tubes. But loved the shop none the less. Had new world disorder playing in the back so you know its gonna be a good shop. Extremely friendly staff and they seemed like they knew their stuff. Only downside not too many bikes to choose from but for maintaince and repairs this is a great local shop.

I went to this shop after I read all the excellent reviews.  After visiting this place for ~15 times, those reviews are very accurate.  I just got into mountain biking two months ago and I can not believe how expensive this hobby is.  Being a newbies to this sport, Dan(owner) was extremely patience with my hundreds of ridiculous questions.  I must have called his shop like 30 times.  His service is utmost detail and he always helped me with a smile.  I have learned a lot from Dan and He always gave me some crazy deals.  His honest recommendations really helps me enjoy this sport a lot.  Everything that I need for my new hobby, I got them from Dan except my cycling short.  For example, I just got a Thule bike rack from Dan today.  The price was the lowest in town even compare to online and he also installed them for me!  I am so glad that I have found this place.  If you want to check out this shop, make sure to call for direction.
