This is a wonderful dealership with excellent staff! Mercedes-Benz of Dothan is not only a nice place to purchase a luxury vehicle, but it is also perfect for good quality, used cars. I bought a used Toyota Camry from here and my salesperson was awesome! Every question I had was answered and all of my needs as a customer were met. I will be going here again when it is time to purchase my next vehicle.

The service staff is very knowledgeable about the service and care of my Mercedes. They go above and beyond what I would call their job description to make sure the customer is comfortable while waiting and keep you informed of the progress of the service from start to finish. They explain, in detail, any service the vehicle needs and have a loaner vehicle ready  if needed. 
Steve and Brooke go out of their way to satisfy the customer!
