i have had a "promise to order" some kind of work paper they gave me...well i guess my sales rep got let go or something so they basically told me nothing about it and when i called they didn't have it forwarded to anyone so i was just kinda push under the table it feels like at this point. not very happy with service after the sale so far

Today I’m getting my car serviced and Bill is fantastic.  Very accommodating when needing service.  Will even top you off between oil changes. Can’t say enough of Bill’s positive attitude and friendliness.  Service with a smile.

Terrible customer service in both service and sales. The salesmen never return a phone call or email and all I was trying to get is a price and started in buying an Atlas. The service manager is one of those overly annoying guy who calls you friend every other word. NTM they too take forever  if you need to buy a VW go to Columbus GA or FL  under no circumstances should you go to VW of Dothan  and if you want a quality mechanic on your VW there is a great one located in enterprise
