My experience with the sales staff,  service, and support staff at
Hyundai of Dothan has been exceptional.  When I originally purchased my vehicle thru their military program,  I had a great sales experience, however, there were several manufactors error that led to the vehicle being bought back.  This was in no way reflection of Hyundai of Dothan. I was given a vehicle to drive while corporate handled my issues. The finance department was amazing in ensuring I had the best rate and terms for my needs.  Brady is a Fantasic sales associate. He is not pushy and actually listened to my requirements and met them exceedingly well. That's probably why he collects sales person of the month like candy on his desk.  You can't go wrong with Brady or any of the other sales associates. Mike and Mike in service (you'll know what I mean when you go) are great as well as Avery. I have had no issues getting my vehicles serviced in a timely manner. They deal in more than just Hyundai vehicles. My recent purchase that Mr. Spivey, who is the General Sales Manager, was able to find for me was a Mercedes GLK. So he can get whatever you want within reason. They do have programs for all types of financial situations but you need to be realistic in your finances and expectations. If you are just looking,  then just look.  If you are a serious buyer then go in with realistic expectations and you will come out with a great experience.

The service and people are awesome here. You really couldn't ask for anything more from a service department or car dealership! We have bought 3 cars from them!

I am only giving this one 3 stars and the only reason for that is because the saleslady was so nice. She tried, but you cant do what your boss wont let you do. Hundai made an offer to everyone in the general public to come in and test drive a new hundai. In return they were giving out 40 dollar gift cards...no strings. First the manager said that had already expired, when i showed him the offer in writing he changed the story to the guy who had the gift cards wouldnt be back till later in the week. Yeah right. Hundai shouldn't make offers they cant stand behind!  Or maybe they should just not make any offers at all. He did say if we bought a car they would knock 40 bucks off the price though..lol...that was really nice of him dont ya think? So...3 stars to the saleslady...wasnt her fault....but 0 stars to the Hundai dealership. The face of a company is the managers they hire!
