I took my 2012 Dodge Avenger SE in for an appraisal and was given a good review on everything. I understand the check engine light was on and the car has 130,000 miles. But to low ball me an offer of $1,500? I’m sorry but your website has the exact car year, model, and the mileage is 120,000 listed for $8995? So to my understanding a check engine light and 10,000 miles is the difference of $7,495. I have fixed my car but I will not be back to do business.

Took our new car, purchased at another CarMax in another state, in for an under warranty service. Very satisfied. We had an appointment and were seen right on time,  car serviced quickly while we waited.   Friendly personnel, pleasant facility.
