This place is my go to! They are so friendly and help me when I am in a bind. They show me where my issues are, and tell me truthfully what I need and what I can wait on, or do myself even. Very trustworthy, and very appreciative for the job well done they literally always do! A great staff, and very prompt. Their new system shows a breakdown of any issues and even gives a video to show how the part should be. For a girl taking her car in, it's so nice to have a place I can go and know I am being taken care of and never ripped off!

My experience was good at Fox Plaza. I called prior to going there and Tracy explained to me that there might be a longer wait if I didn't get there early like 7:00 a.m. when they open. I was there the next morning at 7 am they got my vehicle in the shop and out by 11:30. I didn't mind the wait they had fresh coffee and clean restroom. Enjoyed laughing and talking with Tracy and the other customers while I waited. People complain about them being busy all the time. To me that's a sign of good service cause lots of people use there service. You will have to wait no matter where you take your vehicle..My experience with Fox Plaza Tire and Auto was 👌 Thanks a lot !😀

I dropped off my Expedition for an oil change and tire repair.  Not only did they get me in and out quicker than expected, there was no "sticker shock" when I got the bill.

I got a 2000 Lincoln Navigator that was running rough. Now my truck is running smooth again. This shop is my new place to get anything done on my truck for NOW ON. I would like to say THANK YOU all at the Fox Plaza Tire and Auto.
