Recently purchased a new CX-5 at Doug’s Mazda. Mac in sales did a search and found the vehicle we wanted and William worked with us on the actual purchase. We knew what we wanted and they didn’t try to up-sell us. Both were responsive and helpful, which made the sales process a breeze. John in finance made signing what seemed like a million documents quick and painless. Toward the end of the sales process, we were offered an interior protection package, which we purchased. We recommend they offer that to their customers at the beginning, rather than after the paperwork is all done. If, like us, they choose to purchase it, the customer ends up waiting around another hour or so. That said, we would still highly recommend Doug’s Mazda for your next car purchase.

We just bought a new car at Doug's Mazda and had the most positive experience working with Rob Sinclair. It could not have been an easier, more friendly process. I never felt pressured or like we were being sold anything other than what we wanted in the price range we wanted. Highly recommend Doug's Mazda and Rob if you're looking to buy a car

We met with William at Doug's Lynnwood Mazda and he was very helpful. We were treated with a no-pressure tour of the various cars we were interested and got answers for all the questions we had. We were given a tour of the premise and were greeted by all the employees. Our experience was very pleasant and low key. Would buy from them again!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Doug’s in Lynnwood working with Rob Sinclair. His calm and honest demeanor lead us to purchasing a new Mazda CX-5 sport which we love! He made sure I got equal test driving time to my husband :) The car itself is attractive and drives so smooth. I recommend working with Rob at Doug’s when you’re looking for a new car!

I had a great experience at Doug's Lynnwood Mazda. I wasn't able to haggle with the price, but I believe I got a good deal on my 2014 Mazda 3. Service was very straightforward with low pressure. If you have the opportunity, ask for Mac. He's the man.
