Service was good. Not much negotiating which I wanted to do to get the price down, but no one is there to pressure you to buy a vehicle. They'll even buy your trade in without any hassle. Just some information needed and they'll appraise your vehicle exactly as they say they will.

This was my first experience at CarMax and it was a great one. We worked with an online sales agent Angillia to obtain the vehicle from another location. Once it arrived we worked with Bach. They offered me a very fair price on my trade-in, totally in line with Kelly Blue Book value and the car we purchased was in line with Kelly Blue Book pricing as well. Everyone was friendly and it was a seamless process. I would highly recommend them.

I had a great shopping experience on Carmax. The friendly salespeople and the no-haggle policy creates a very good dynamic for shopping for a new car. Rey was such a nice dude and helped out us with any questions and gave us very good insights for what to look for regarding what we wanted. Highly recommended.

The least stressful car experience possible. Ask for Ahmed Khalil! I sold my car to CarMax after they gave me a really great offer. There are two unique things you should know about CarMax which change the car buying experience. First of all, there's no haggling on prices, so what you see online is what you'll pay. No sleazy bs. Secondly, sales people get the same commission regardless of car value, so they have no incentive to push a $20k car over an $8k car. This is brilliant when you know your budget.

I started thinking about getting a new car and started to look around. I remembered my cousin telling me how much she loved CarMax and this was when the closest store was Spokane. So I went to thier website and used their filters to find exactly what I wanted in a specific price. I found a car I really liked which was a Chevy Trex and submitted an online application for financing. I continued to look at cars with options I wanted... AWD was a must on my list. While browsing I found a 2015 Chevy Equinox just a little bit more than what I had used as my search...it only had 6700 miles... About after 20 minutes from applying online Rob from CarMax called and said they had a pre approval. We talk about both cars of interest and the Trex was in Renton but he offered to put it on hold and transfer it to Lynnwood at no cost or obligation and let me know the Equinox was already there in Lynnwood and said he could put a hold on this one as well... We talked about both cars and the financing options. One of the approval requirements was to trade in or payoff an existing car loan which was fine. I setup an appointment and had him put the Equinox on hold.. when talking to my husband we decided why not see if they would take my 2001 Volvo as trade as well so we drove both to thier lot in Lynnwood. When we arrived Rob was waiting for us at the door and seeing we drove two cars said are you looking to trade both and we nodded... He went right in action. Within minutes the cars where being looked at... While we were waiting I noticed on the screen as you walked in was our name and appointment time.. along with several others all day... With a welcome.. He explained that CarMax was a different car buying experience no haggling and no pressure.. the place reminded me of a IKEA for cars.. in a good way. We went to look at the Equinox and test drove it and really loved it. By the time we got back our offers on our cars were waiting and surprising they were more than fair. So we went on to see about purchasing the vehicle. Within 20 minutes or less we had 4 financing options.. for the first time in my car buying experience they showed us all 4... all the other places you just hope you are being given the best choice for you. We picked the loan that best suits our needs. They also offer exceptionally reasonable warranties and again being shown various options for us to choose... While the business office prepared the paper work they pulled the two cars we were trading in into a heated garage and gave us bags to get our stuff out. While doing it our new car was brought in next to them so we could transition our stuff. Also they put a giant bow on it...Big smiles... After we were done with this we went back in the showroom and up on the big screen was s picture of our car with a congratulations.. it was pretty cool. We signed the oddles of paperwork with April and our Sales associate Rob and in less than 3 hours start to finish we were on our way with my new car.... The ONLY con... I don't get to keep the bow.
