I'm Xtremely Xcited about this dealership! But, in THE WORST WAY POSSIBLE! This place is the epitome of "sleazy, used car salesman looking to scam someone Xcited about a car!" How easy it is to overlook dishonesty when you need a car..... Test drive was good and seemed like we were getting a fair deal until we took it to a mechanic for electrical issues they had promised were "just fine, we will take care of the brake light" (which should have been taken care of for a safety inspection..?!?!!) ...this opened up a BIGGER CAN OF WORMS from a second mechanic who told us we've been screwed over and they hear about this dealership often. THEY PROMISED AND HAD PAPERWORK FOR A SERVICE 2 WEEKS AGO, but a SEPERATE MECHANIC SAID IT IS WELL OVER DUE!!!!!!!!! We returned the car to try and come to a compromise, and were stonewalled by some putz of an excuse for a man, calling himself a "manager" who had zero authorization to do anything, while the finance manager and the guy responsible hid in his office upstairs. We were faced with dishonesty and a lack of ANY empathy and a loaner car while they take it to the same hack of a mechanic to put us back on the road in the same condition as when we bought it on their word of "just a brake light" and refused to put anything on paper to own up to any kind of responsibility. We are taking this to Jesse Jones with Kiro 7 with a few people we have already luckily contacted this evening from other reviews on multiple websites. We are creating the page and will have it launched in the next few days and I will edit my review and post the link here. Wish I would have read the reviews on E and Alex and Kevin before we drove off the lot. Ugh. I earn MY hard earned money HONESTLY. DO YOU? ***Update from over a month ago trying to resolve this with Kevin the finance manager. They convinced us to take our original review down with a promise to fix the car which is attached above and now here we are again. We are unable to reach an agreement with them to receive our license plates which they are holding hostage because I refuse to pay the rest of the down payment until Kevin makes Good and honest on his promises WHICH I HAVE IN WRITING WITH HIS SIGNATURE. He got all huffy and puffy and said he always get screwed over and said I’m not welcome back in his dealership. If he’s always getting screwed over, how is this place still in business???? I think they do the screwing here... Don’t just walk away from this dealership— RUN!!!!!

Had an experience working with Alex Bender. In the end I got a car I'm happy with at a fair price. Alex went the extra mile to make it work and I would buy from him again. Have referred him and xcite motors to friends and family.

Just picked up a ride from XCITE MOTORS and we couldn't be any happier! We got a GREAT DEAL! The whole lot was full of beautiful cars. Quality stock and friendly non pushy attendants. Ivan was extremely AWESOME to work with and assistant 'E' was also friendly. Everything went smooth, perfect and swift. Didn't waste hours upon hours. I totally recommend them if you are looking for a newer used ride. A+ all the way and I'm picky customer 👍🏾

My husband and I were dealing with "E". He welcomed us right away and was fun and easy to deal with the entire time. We had just walked away from a dealership that we almost purchased a car from when we stumbled upon Xcite motors. It was going smooth up until we viewed the car fax. The car fax showed that there was a recall on the vehicle and the dealership told us that the car fax was indicating that the recall was complete. We looked up the VIN number on a website only to find that the recall was not done. We proceeded anyways, with a deal being that they would arrange for our car recall to be fixed. We mentioned multiple times that we were from another state and that we were also staying 2 hours away (2.5 to 3 hours depending on traffic). They issued us a 3 day temporary permit (nothing they can do about this - standard for out of state buyers) but never explained why or what we needed to do next. Unfortunately we didn't know what the expiration date was until we drove 2.5 hours away. We called them up and were told to come on over, they'll fix it for us. We get there and are treated like an inconvenience from management. We also further learned that they should have had the recall done before we drove the vehicle off the lot. It was incredibly frustrating and nearly had me in tears. They ended up following up on scheduling our car recall to be fixed, but we were too scared to trust them any further. We took our car to get fixed on our own and also had a "buyers inspection" done. End result is that we ended up with a fairly great car that we purchased at a good deal. We are happy with our purchase but we don't ever want to deal with xcite motors again. Their customer service was all over the board. Isn't car buying supposed to be exciting and fun? Not at this place...

Great service! I worked with Alex and he was super nice. They worked with me even though I had a repo before. Gave me a small inhouse loan which I was able to pay off in 4 payments. Will be returning next tax return for a SUV!
