If I could rate this place with negative stars I would. At first glance they are very welcoming and accomodating. After you buy a vehicle, they turn into complete pricks. First off, they sold us a vehicle with high road force tires, rust covered rotors, and broken rear shocks. When I talk to them about getting these things fixed, they said they'd "do what they can". It took talking to the Manager to get the tires replaced after 4 times in the shop. After they were finally fixed, the brakes needed to be cleaned. After multiple times taking it into the shop, they finally fixed everything except the rear shocks, which we are currently paying for ourselves (we had to go to Hilltop Chevy to get them assessed). The Manager told us "this is the last thing we fix for free" while we were on the phone. I told him, if you produced a quality vehicle and fixed things to the customers standards, not just to pass a safety inspection, then you wouldn't be paying out for this vehicle. We haven't gone back since, and we never will. This place sells horrible vehicles and turn into the enemy as soon as you drive something off the lot. Get a second opinion before you buy here and make sure they put everything in writing if they say they will fix it. Good luck!

The service dept at Dover Chevrolet is fantastic. Chris, Devon and the team do such a great job. I just brought my truck in for an oil change and I they washed the truck for me as well as took care of some other small issues they found for no charge. I will be buying my next vehicle here for sure! Thanks, George

Always happy with my experience at Dover Chevy. Their customer service always impresses me. I used to go to lower cost garages for work, but never again as long as I own a Chevy!

Had a pleasant experience buying our new van. Dave Poulin helped me find the right after market warranty that would work well for our family. Devon Pardy expedited the inspection process, and was very personable. Ed Borque was our salesman who offered a low pressure sales approach, which was much appreciated.

I rarely rate businesses, but I had to with Dover. I have had my trucks serviced in many other dealers, but none have been as professional as these guys. Were helpful, and went beyond my expectations (Elizabeth in Service Department, awesome). Glad to see there are businesses that treat their customers like customers and not just numbers. Thanks guys, keep up the great work!
