I have been in the car business since I was fourteen years old and let me tell you, times have changed! In the best way possible, that is. Here at Seacoast Mazda we try our very best to help the customer find the best car to fit their needs and wants. Purchasing a car is a big expense, you want to do it right without any regrets. 8/4/17 I bought a 2017 Mazda3 from Seacoast Mazda in August. The buying experience was great - no pressure. We went in knowing what we wanted, so we were looking for a quick and painless buying experience. We worked with James who was able to price match a similar car, saving us from having to drive cross-state. He was very courteous and professional and took the time to explain every part of the buying process in a way that made sense. Everything was straightforward and we left the same day with a new Mazda3 for a great price! 10/27/17 I just took it in for 5,000 mile service and they were very quick and courteous. I was in and out in 45 minutes and the price was reasonable. Scheduling online, they tell you beforehand how much it will cost, which is great. So far, so good. Will update over time if anything changes.

Ryan was friendly and helpful right away. He listened to what we wanted and showed us the cars we wanted to see. His sales approach was laid back while also consumer focused. I'd buy a car from him again in a heart beat.

James was honest, personable, professional and had a great sense of humor - he came in on his day off to show us a Certified Pre-Owned Mazda 3 that we had found on your website. Because we are from Maine, we didn't know too much about Seacoast Mazda, but were impressed with your website and the great reviews from customers. We were pleasantly surprised to find that Seacoast lived up to its good reputation. We found the car to be immaculate and James presented it well - he provided with us with a great deal of information before we took the test drive, so we felt comfortable before getting behind the wheel. He gave us the details regarding the extended warranty, with no pressure to purchase it, which we definitely appreciated. He followed up with us on the logistics of the purchase and everything was in order when we arrived to pick up the car -he went above and beyond what he needed to do - he put in car mats for us and even left little candy bars in the cup holder (which came in handy on the trip back to Maine). We also dealt with Jon on the financial aspect of the purchase - he too was professional, friendly and answered all of our questions - his experience in the automobile business was evident and he was fun to talk with. The entire staff made us feel welcomed - even those folks we didn't directly deal with were friendly and fun. Most of all - we love the vehicle and feel that we made the right choice - we will definitely recommend Seacoast Mazda and James to our friends and families. Thanks! Brenda Hall and Bob Moran

Very good buying experience. There is no pressure. Sales staff are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Clearly and patiently explain the features of all models. And, we got a great price! Anyone looking for a new or used Mazda must make Seacoast Mazda their first stop.

My husband and I went to find a great but used commuter car. Seascoast Mazda had plenty of selection and Rob helped us. He gave us all the time we needed to find the car that worked best for us. He did not push us into making a quick decision and provided us with the facts so we could be comfortable with our decision. He then waited after work the next day until 8pm for us to get home from work and pick the car up. This dealership is just the friendliest I have ever dealt with. Hugely recommend it to anyone looking for a new or used car.
