I bought a 2015 Ford Explorer today and Joel Purdham helped us out. He immediately made us feel comfortable and really worked with us to make sure we were happy! The whole team there was welcoming! 
I highly recommend stopping in to see this group if you’re looking for a car. I knew what I wanted, and their pricing was also the best around this area. I had looked at the same car with the same mileage, and their pricing was about $2,000 lower than everyone else around here.

I recently purchased a car from this dealership and had an excellent experience. I worked with Joel Purdham in Sales and he had me in and out much quicker than I could have ever expected. I purchased the car later in the evening, after the service team had gone home, and Joel has made sure that I am able to return to the dealership to get all the final checks taken care of. Joel really made me feel at ease in my first car buying experience at a big dealership. I see no reason why I would not go back in the future.

I have been buying my cars at Key Auto Center, specifically Portsmouth Used Car Superstore for the last 15 years or more and have been satisfied with their actions and sales techniques. I have been using and following the service center manager Ringo because of his fair prices and mostly because of his ability to find the best deals available for my car issues. I will never go to another service store as long as he is there. His pleasant attitude and his ability to find the best deals out there has saved me thousands of dollars because of his efforts. I would tell anyone who asked, to follow Ringo for the best service, best attitude, and best prices of any car service center. Thanks Ringo!!!

I like this place so far. Brice in the service department. Was very nice and worked with me. And Jim, he was just as nice, letting me know what was going on. When Brice, had just left..

They will you reel you with typical used car salesman nice guy attitude oh I'm your best friend or I can relate these cars are awesome they go through all these and then I get sold a car that was wiped of its codes that it just expired on its 10 year warranty through Nissan my salesman's name was Mike remember that Mike real nice guy and then when I call them back sorry can't help you I would recommend No One by a car from this place no one
