My husband and I just purchased a used vehicle and were very impressed with our overall experience. I called first and spoke with Joel and he was able to confirm that the vehicle we were interested was available. He had it warmed up and ready for us to test drive as soon as we got there. Everything was straight forward. Joel matched our trade in quoted by CarMax, gave us an excellent APR, and a phenomenal warranty. If you've been shopping around I recommend coming here and asking for Joel! Hands down best car buying experience and I've made several purchases in my life.

Really great experience at this car dealership. Joel was great and worked with me on getting the vehicle I wanted!! The whole staff is amazing and they are very upfront when it comes to pricing! Don’t waste your time at other places!

I just purchased a 2017 Ford Escape from this dealership and I highly recommend shopping here!!! Dave was my sales consultant and he was terrific thru the whole sales process - as was the rest of the crew.  I was given a fair price for my trade in and financing was easy.  This is the second car I have purchased here and I will be sure to shop here again.

Back in Nov 2017, I was about to purchase a 2015 F150. Unfortunately I ended up to totalling my wife's vehicle by hitting a suicidal deer. This put my purchase on the back burner.
Flash forward to Feb 21st 2018. Randomly looked on their website and found a 2015 F150 in my price range with the options I wanted and didn't have what I didn't want.
Called Joel and he verified all the info was correct on the website. 
Called again the next day, and said that I would be up their on Saturday to make the purchase.
He promised that it would be waiting for me, and it was.
I was in and out within 1.5 hours with my F150.

Joel at Portsmouth Used Car Center was Great! After a long car buying process, I found myself here. Joel was the first person we saw and made the entire experience easy. I knew which vehicle I wanted and he was quick to get me in for a test drive. I loved the vehicle and he started up the paper work.

Seth in the finance office was equally as great as Joel. The entire process was hassle free and as stress free as buying a car can be.

The entire experience was under three hours, from the time I walked in until the time I drove off the lot. I couldn't ask for better service.

I definitely recommend doing business with this dealership!
