My husband and are previous Jeep owners and just bought our first Jeep Wrangler Sport here. We couldn't be happier about the whole experience and Jeep! We worked with Rob who was friendly, honest, and humorous. We did not feel pressured in any way, and all of our questions were answered. Mike finished with us at the end with all of the paperwork. He was professional, nice, and competent. We were introduced to some of the service team members, who were equally kind. There are a great variety of new, used, and certified used Jeeps at this location (it seems like primarily Wranglers) at various price points and years. The Jeep we bought runs stellar and is quite fun. We will definitely come back for another Wrangler and to service our vehicles here.

My husband and I had a great experience here! Ryan was our salesman and he did everything he could to get us the deal and vehicle we wanted! He even helped us move things over from the old vehicle and came in to finish the deal on his day off! We had an unique scenario and they worked with it!

terrible services dept. Dec 23, 2017 took my 2016 renegade for a electrical problem and engine misfire had the car 8 days at least 5 days all they could tell me was updating software. when I picked it up the told me there was no misfire and electrical problem was fixed. as I was driving home same misfire started 2 days later took it to Kelly jeep 15 min later yup need a coil. runs great as for the electrical problem January 20th, 2017 problem came back

Just bought a Jeep here, Ryan (sales man) was very informed about differen Style jeeps, took his time to explain gadgets, took my husband and I around course out back. He even cut his golf game short so he would be there the next day to sign papers

We have had our Dodge Ram 2500 serviced at Bournival for nearly 12 years. We also bring our Ford Escape in for regular maintenance. This dealership is competent, trustworthy and very accommodating. The Service Manager, Mike, is great to do business with. Some of the other major Automobile Dealerships in the area would do well to follow Bournival's business model and practices.
