been seeing him for quite some time. He is highly regarded in the community as the brightest pulmonologist out there. I am a complicated case and he was not afraid to said it was something he was unfamiliar with and sent me to UCLA. He came to see me at the hospital every time I was there. Answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable.

I'm not sure how this doctor received anything other than 5 stars.  I have been going to him a little over a year.  I have had COPD for 20+ years and have never met a more caring physician.  Yes the wait sometimes is longer than I would like - but I keep telling myself that he spends necessary time with each patient and is not rushing them through just to move on to the next patient.  This man is dedicated to treating patients and I have always been able to get an appointment.  I'm not sure why the other review had issues unless they were speaking to a service and not the office.  His staff and PA are wonderful.  Previous pulmonary doctors were inferior to this dedicated doctor.  Oh my husband also sees him - for a very rare disease that is difficult for diagnosis - Dr. Arora saved my husbands life with an early diagnosis of GPA.

DR ARORA IS A WONDERFUL HUMAN BEING AND A GREAT DOCTOR.
THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS WAITING
FOR AT LEAST ONE HOUR TO SEE HIM. IJUST PHONED THE OFFICE AND TOLD THEM I HAVE AN INTERVIEW AT 11 AM IN THOUSAND OAKS AND ASKED FOR AN 8 A.M. APPT.  I DO HOPEI I CAN HAVE BOTH WORLDS SEE THE GOOD DOTOR AND BE IN TIM E FOR AN INTERVIEW.
