I went in here very nervous after not having a check up for a few years because I have moved around a lot. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful with all my insurance questions (yes I am still learning how to adult). I got a checkup and IUD. Dr Koh and his nurse were incredibly professional and helpful with all my questions regarding IUD's and very quick with the procedure when I got it done. His nurse was especially kind and reassuring the entire time because I was so nervous and squirmy :) A lot of doctors places I go to the doctor seems to ask a lot of questions in rapid fire and not really care about the patient that is not the case here! Dr Koh is knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. I would recommend him to any of my lady friends. Thanks to everyone there for being so kind!

Dr. Ga ("Grace") Lee was my OBGYN. All of my prenatal care and C-section with her by far exceeded my expectations! My pain was minimal and recovery unbelievably rapid (I had a prior C-section with horrible pain and prolonged recovery duration, so I have a point of comparison). She was patient, pleasant, professional, and an EXCELLENT surgeon! Because of her great surgical skills, I was actually able to enjoy my newborn and bond with her right from the start- Priceless!

I have been here before and was really happy with the doctor so I went back. This time I was seen by a different doctor, and I have never been so humiliated at a doctors office. I gained some weight since last year and all he could talk about was how fat I had gotten and was making jokes that my boyfriend should stop feeding me so much. He asked if my boyfriend told me I am getting fat and why he didn't tell me I was. All of this was being said in front of the nurses who kind of giggled but told him to stop. I couldn't believe he kept talking about it and saying things like that. I felt like crying. I understand I need to lose some weight but that was completely unforgivable. I wanted to get up and walk out. The only reason for the 3 stars is because it is a nice office and the front staff are nice. It would be higher if he hadn't been so rude. And it would be lower if the office wasn't so nice.

The doctor is professional, thorough and nice. Dr. Tan had reviewed my chart and was familiar with my medical history. It was reassuring that she described what would happen before beginning and during the procedure. I wanted to schedule my appointment before my medical benefits changed, and the staff worked diligently to get me in within a short date range. The office is clean and there is plenty of parking. My rating is 5 stars, despite not loving gynecological procedures. I recommend both Dr. Irene Tan and this facility.
