My 81 year old mother called to obtain information reguarding insurance and a woman named Wendy answered and hung up on her as soon as she told her she had medicaid. I tried to call back and speak with her to find out what happened (thinking she may have accidentally hung up) & she responded with saying I told her we dont accept her insurance and we are too busy, she then hung up on me. My mother is just trying to find a new doctor and this was uncalled for. I work in the health care field myself for a highly rated heart surgeon & we have patients in the kansas city kansas area that we have reffered to this office when our patient are looking for a new MD & after speaking with Wendy at this office I will make sure to inform all practicing MD's at my office to no longer refer patients to this office. As it is extremely rude & unprofessional. No human being deserves to be mistreated, especially by a potential MD. People like Wendy make us look bad & I wont stand for it. If I could give them 0 out of 5 stars I would.

I've been going since I was four years old and I'm thirty six. Love the old school feel, Doc and the staff are great.

They are great here, caring and really enjoyed my visit to the doctor and I will recommend this place as a 10 star if I could.
