Yolanda is sweet but the other lady that checks you in is down right rude. The office is constantly changing the way the office is operated, such as checking out. Do not open window to speak to staff they will bite your head off and give you dirty looks an scream at you to stand in check in line to get out of the office... Be prepared to wait at front desk longer then it took to see your provider aka Doctor. Service staff outside of doctors and Dr. assistance attitude's need adjusted to handle the patients. The office Manager should be ashamed of her Staff.

Dr. Parra and Dr. Simmons are both great doctors however getting an appointment usually takes more than a month. I scheduled myself and my son an appointment that was over a month out and my daughter who would be a new patient couldn't be scheduled for more than 2 months. If the wait to be seen is that long I almost feel like they shouldn't be accepting new patients. The long wait on top of the fact that the office staff is constantly scheduling me with the wrong doctor or simply just being unprofessional in the way they handle their phone calls and patient questions is almost enough reason to switch to a new doctor and facility. I give this place 3 stars strictly for the doctors I named above.

Took awhile to get to me but after that nice Doctor forgot her name appointment was at 1:00 got there at 12:47 left at 1:54 so I say all and all good experience

I should start by saying I love the doctor we have there but have had so not so positive experiences with other doctors in the group. Even knowing I love my doctor I can't say I like the place because it takes forever to get an appointment. I called today to get my kids in and it will be a month and a half. That isn't helpful when you have a kid who is having headaches on a daily basis and one that has failed his hearing test twice this year.
