If I could give them 0 stars I would! First off they were rude. 2. I watched them take my floor mats and put them on top of my jacket which was on the passenger seat. When I tried to ask politely to remove it, I was ignored. I asked if he was going to ignore me and he turned, looked at me and mumbled whatever. 3. When I tried to explain it to the manager I was told it's my fault and then he tried to wipe off my wool coat with his dirty rag! When I yanked my coat away and said I it was wool and has to be dry cleaned. He just walked away. I have NEVER experienced such rudeness. To top if off, my car is still dirty!

Love this place for professional cleaning. I had an extreme interior cleaning from this place for $55. 6-8 people worked on the exterior of the car. Finally couple of guys worked inside it for a good 20 min. Wala... My car smelled and looked like new again.

The car as a whole looks great but they didn't wipe down or vacuum some noticable/major spots that needed some work. Good if you need a quick and cheap clean.

I paid for the Cadillac wash and all they did is run it through the regular wash and did jot do the tires.  When I confronted the owner about this he was already getting into it with another guy about the same thing.  The owner told me there was nothing he could do about it.  I told him that was BS and he told me to watch my mouth (I’m 45 yoa).  I told him I would not and he got in my face as though he wanted to fight.  Fortunately I didn’t react the way I wanted to and he immediately backed off and walked out.  Totally unprofessional and clearly knows nothing about customer satisfaction.  Never again will I waste my money at such a poorly ran business.

If clients get angry because of bad service, your business is in trouble. If the manager gives wrong answers, you are in serious trouble. Dr. Car Wash in Centreville, VA has a manager lady that does not properly address clients legitimate complaints. Today 1/2/2018, we paid $23 for the CADILLAC service but the back seat was still plenty of pet hair and dander. When we complained, the manager said we should have paid more money for covering such details. (Detailing prices begin with $55) SERIOUSLY? ISN´T FAIR ENOUGH PAYING $23 FOR VACUUM YOUR CAR SEATS? We left angry because we paid for a bad service and worst customer service.
