Great car wash this morning at WASH FAIR.  It's an automated car wash, but they have attendants to pre-treat before your car enters and at the dryer end to get most of the water off.  They even offer you free loaner towels (small) to dry the water left on your car.  No automated wash is going to be perfect, but this is well-run, well-staffed, and very reasonable -- cheaper than the nearby competitors!  I appreciate finding a GOOD, REASONABLE, FRIENDLY car wash in the area.  The line on busy days curves to the north on Brandon, so suggest you come south on Brandon to enter.  (They thought about efficiency and this is clearly the best way to handle busy days.  No cutting in line by cars turning left into the wash.)  I got there early and there were already 10 cars lined up the street (Brandon), and another 10 probably snaking up to the cashier and into the wash.  But it still moved fairly fast.  Maybe 12-13 minutes to the cashier, who was very friendly.  Plenty of room to pull over after your wash to dry windows well and wipe off thresholds, etc.  Overall, a great experience.

Had at great experience at Wash Fair this morning. Very friendly and attentive staff. This was was the best wash I've gotten in this area--and the cheapest! There are vacuums available for $1, and a good, cheap vacuum service for when you're feeling lazy. You can get extravagant with some exterior and interior packages and add-ons, but the 'super wash' is truly hard to beat. I've been looking for a good car wash for a while, and today I decided to sign up for their monthly package.

In an area (Fairfax County) plagued with horrible car washes, this is a shining star!  First, the rates are sooooooooo much more reasonable than most others.  Sure, you have to vacuum yourself but with prices nearly half of the other washes, is it worth an extra $10-$15 for the vacuuiming?    I went last Sunday when all washes were bombarded.  Wash Fair had a line out to the street, but it went quick and smoothly.  Great service, fine was, excellent price.  If you're anywhere near here...use them.  Oh, and they also gave me a MILITARY DISCOUNT, which as a retired, veteran I appreciate very much.

One suggestion to the owner.  I notice you do a good job of commenting on the positive notes, but personally I believe you need to comment on the negatives as well.  Understand that people may have a bad experience, but that doesn't mean you have to lose them as a customer.  Embrace all reviews.  Everyone can improve.  Don't take it personal.

Super friendly attendant welcomed us to the fast and efficient car wash. $8 for a basic wash and interior towel, if requested. This brushless wash is fast, but thorough with a pair of quick dryers at the end. Great wash and a great value.

I have never been disappointed in their service.  Example:    My daughter was in a cheer competition.  My van was painted in logo colors.  After the competition, I ran my van through the car wash.   Not all of the colors washed off.   I ran my van round to the cashier and they ran my van one more time through the wash.  The paint still didn’t wash off.  The attendants overlooked the van and hand washed the paint off.   I never expected the second wash or the extra service.   They went completely out of their way to satisfy a customer.  Naturally, I tipped them extra, but because of their out of the way service I will continue to wash my new Jeep at their establishment.
