Great place for a car wash and great, friendly staff (5 stars on both of those) but the interior detailing is seriously lacking.  I had to spend 30 minutes wiping it down again and I don't know what they used on my seats and dash but the shine is way too much.  This is the first place I have used that hasn't kept the standard look of the interior of a car (matte in my case).  Very disappointed in the detail and will not return for that but will definitely continue to use them for washes.

Lady at front can't communicate clearly on the phone,said it was a drive thru that i didn't have to get out of my car, ,,because it was freezing and Planet Wash was closed, ,,no problem she said, u don't have to get out of your car,,i did have to get out...Anyways Ok experience with the more knowledgeable gentlemen outside. Price ok as well..We do still speak Clear English here in America  and it would be nice having clear accurate persons to deal with ,either on the phone or in person as well..

Paid 36 dollars just to have to re-wipe my car down with detailed to get the "wheel cleaner" off the sides of my car. You pay extra for a wheel treatment and all they do is put tire shine that's literally still wet on your tires. The front scrub for bugs was a joke, literally had to do that myself as well. I could have paid 40 bucks for a local kid to detail my car better than what they do....just keep driving by unless all you are paying for is the basic wash and dry off.

Embassy does an incredible job. I’m on their monthly email list, and receive half off their platinum wash every month. Just wish there was one closer to my house

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
I took Platinum Service.
One of the Vacuum guy was trying to charge me $1 more for the vacuuming 3rd row seats(sienna). The other vacuum guy asked me if i want to wash my floor liners so i said yes....of course he did “ONLY PASSENGER SIDE”...
I will never go back again.
Wasted $28, time and gas.

Don’t even want to give them 1 star

If you want to waste your time, money and gas like me? try......here you will also hurt your feeling as well.
