I took my car to get an inside and outside cleaning today. When I got in I noticed two cut marks on my dash. I couldn’t figure out how it happened. I went into the office and a guy asked me to speak to the manager. As he walked over I showed him the cut marks and he said ‘no way this happened here’. And then what did I notice in his hand?!??......a RAZOR BLADE!!!!! 

NEVER COME HERE!!

Paid $15 for "The Buick" service (exterior wash and basic interior cleaning). I was the only customer at the place and when they directed me to park in their detail garage a group of employees came out to vacuum the seats, doorjambs, wipe the dashboard, windows, etc. I wasn't expecting perfection as I didn't pay for a full-on detail service, but when I got back in my car after what was probably around 6 minutes, it was disappointing.

There were major spots they missed that should've been taken care of as part of a basic $15 service. The console was more dusty/dirty than when I brought the car in, like the vacuum was low quality, or needed to be emptied so it was just blowing dirt back out.

The exterior was nice, but overall I drove away with a halfway clean interior and distinct impression the employees didn't really care about doing a good job which is always a sign of poor management/low employee appreciation/likely low pay on the part of the business owner.

I don't recommend this place, just go to a gas station vacuum and do it yourself. You'll pay less and have a cleaner car.

Price is very very nice and reasonable!!! This is best ever than gas station car washes! 
I have two kids and I ask the staff if they could pull my car to car wash and so the inside maintenance.  The young guy of the front desk simple said "sure!" I was so relieved and very happy with their customer services! Once they finished my car I was very impressed how it turned out clean and the most impressed is they brought my car at right front of the lobby.  Definitely will be coming back more often!

Very good cleaning in short time but the wheels polishing not included even I took the buke choice for 15$

Bad experience ever with this place! They don’t respect their deals with their customers! And when I have an issue I tried to talk to someone they ignored me! And they refused to talk to me! Someone told that he is the manager and he said that I cannot do anything to you you need to talk to the boss! And who’s the boss?!!!!! They don’t tell me . They kept on taking money to wash the car and when I have problems with their deals they ignored me! That’s an professional and shameful act!!!! I don’t trust them anymore and I told all my friends and family about this bad experience!!.
