Went to get my car washed before they closed at 6. When I got home, I looked at my car and noticed the paint had been brushed off of my brand new car that I got in November. Called at 6:10 and told them I could come back right now and show them the damage and they told me it was dark and they're closing and I'd have to come tomorrow. I have no doubt in my mind that they will try to say their equipment didn't do it.

Update: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. The “manager” told me they didn’t do it and insisted I did it. I told them it was a brand new car and I saw it immediately when I got home. The brush marks clearly are in an “X” formation that could not be from anything else. She was trying to convince me I did that to my car and just denied denied denied everything. No one should ever give this place business. 

Glad I paid $22 for the “Ultimate” scratch. Thanks

I used to like this place, but it got worse. They clean not good, leaving a lot of dust and debris! I just got my car cleaned for $51. Super interior-truck +deluxe wash. what I’m paying for? $51! And it took them less then 15 min. I’m  paying for quality not for speedy wash. So Disappointed!

Guys on staff are really nice. Cleaned up my floor mats when the first place I went to wouldn’t/couldn’t do it. They even let me use their detailing area to clean up the mess the first place made and told me I could use the wet/dry vacs for free whenever I need - I’ll be back!

I paid full price for the ultimate wash and mat shampoo. This guys gave me the mats with out shampooing. Thank God I checked it before I left and had them shampoo it and the crazy thing is that they didn’t even apologize for what they did SMH

I took my car to Yates Automotive for its 60k-mile service (a big milestone that they did for me for half the cost of the dealer) and also asked for a full interior/exterior detail.  I was astounded at how Aaron had managed to completely restore the car, inside and out, to new condition.  My white Outback is 4 years old, all of them hard years spent toting a toddler and a 100-pound dog, so I couldn't believe how my car gleamed when I picked it up.  Interior cloth upholstery (a light cream color) was free again of stains, the glass sparkled, the grime and dog hair was gone from every crevice, and the paint (after a meticulous clay bar job) was pearlescent again.  Best of all, the car smelled clean and new, not like a gallon of Armor-All or other harsh chemicals had been dumped on the dash and in the vents (an experience I'd had at other places over the years).  My five-year-old said to me, "This must be what the cars look like in heaven."  Yes, honey, yes they do.  This was the best money I've ever spent on my car.  I won't take my car any place else.
