For some reason there was some confusion and we did not get the level of car wash we paid for.  Management immediately got back with me and corrected the issue. Looking forward to trying this car wash again. I support any business that will make things right!

Update:
We went back again and did the $38 wash courtesy of Yates car wash for previous mix up. Four stars overall.  I would give a 3.5 but can’t so I’ll round up. The outer wash does a great job, however the undercarriage could do better. I’ve been to other car washes where you can feel the spray blast the floor pans, but this was a light spray. I was not a fan of them washing floor mats off then putting them back in the car damp. At $38 out of my pocket I’d  break out the shop vac and then clean my own windows, tires, etc. Again, not a bad wash, but not great.

Earlier today I purchased the $38 "Yates Signature" car wash. The workers barely did anything!! I had to come back home and clean my vehicle myself. The vacuuming inside my vehicle only took 2 minutes. They left a lot of debris on the floor and dust on my console!! All of my windows had smug marks on them, my seats still had dirt on them, and the vehicle smelled liked chemicals when they were done. They didn't even hand dry my vehicle. Three workers total cleaned my vehicle, it seemed like they just wanted to get the service completed as fast as possible. I asked one of the workers where is the jar so I could put in the tip just to be cordial? He took it, placed it in his pocket and walked off. Once I saw how my vehicle looked, I wish I never gave him the tip, wasn't even worth the $38 I paid neither!! Will never go back!!!

Guys wiping car down did a terrible job. Left dirt marks under door handles, on doors, hood and roof. Edges of windows outside left dirty. Just watched me as I went over the car and detailed it myself with their rags. Then I noticed that one of them had stolen my lottery tickets from side door pocket. Lazy thieves.

Good customer service and very nice facility.  This review is regarding the detailing operation. Took vehicle for an interior detailing and had a late pick-up so no chance to thoroughly inspect work but all appeared very good. Next morning, car foggy and musty smelling. Rear cargo mat literally soaked. It appears they did minimal extraction of water. I had to shop vac and hang mats to dry in sun and de-funk the car. Not very professional and hoping it was a one-time oversight. I'd scrutinize them very carefully after their work if you have interior detailing done.

The car wash is about on par for the price and I haven't ever had a problem coming to Yate' s car wash for the last four years, until today. Now all of a sudden my truck can't go through the wash for all the accessories on it. 

While I understand not wanting to accept liability for broken parts, it doesn't just magically change four years later. I went through last week with the exact same rig.
