I happen to walk into the office today with no appointment set and they took me right away. I have to say I was impressed. The staff greeted me very well. They brought me into the room and arranged my seat to satisfy my needs within a reasonable time frame. I know some doctors offices can have a long wait but I noticed this one was maybe 30 minutes, which is AMAZING for a walk-in at a specialists office. The Doctor was extremely nice, well mannered, and my feet looked GREAT! I highly suggest coming to this office with your foot needs!

Don't waist your time if you have nail fungus GO STRAIGHT TO YOUR DERMATOLOGIST. the doctor only recommended laser stating "oral medications don't work". When I called to set an appointment for my spouse I explained that I wanted a oral prescription. The young lady stated the doctor mostly recommends laser I stated I am not interested in laser, she goes on to say the dr. prescribes medication directly from herself or she'll just prescribe the medication for me to buy at the pharmacy. After my boyfriend gets out of the office, with no prescription for his toe nail but instead a payment plan for laser treatment. Boy did that make my blood boil, the young lady recommended me to purchase the topical treatment, but after thinking I explained that if she recommended laser how will to topical medication help. She agreed more than likely it would not help, but she said give it a try and come back in two weeks if that doesn't work then they have to give him laser 😂😂😂 a joke right? I told the young lady that I don't want the topical medication anymore and she states she doesn't think they can give us a refund because she charged me for the medication already 😩😒 they really got me there. So I just left super upset, i calmed down and decided let's just pay for the oral prescription, and have her prescribe him with one. The young lady again said she'll ask the doctor now.... guess what the doctors says " they don't prescribe oral medications" WOW. What a waist of my time and money!! We will not be returning. They recommend me go to my dermatologist for prescriptions .. STAY AWAY !!!!

Dr Coletta is an amazing doctor with a great bedside manner. She treats her patients with respect and takes the time to answer all questions.
