Dr. Edelstein has been amazing in his treatment of my son for the past 9 yrs. He caught his Celiac Disease at the age of 2, which is very unusual, and through his guidance and care my son is a happy healthy 11 yr old!!!

I am sooooo happy we went to see Dr. Edelstein. From the moment we entered the room up until we left we had a great experience. The chemistry he had with my daughter was amazing. He took his time with us, answered all our questions, reviewed her lab results with us with patience. Not once was he in a rush. My daughter keeps asking me that she wants to go back to him. I HIGHLY recommend him! He has a gift working with children. :)

Would be 0 stars if google allowed it.
Wanted this doctor to see my 7 year old daughter who is experiencing severe stomach issues and was given Dr Edelstein's number from another physician.
Was hung up on by the office staff and when I called back was yelled at and told "I TOLD YOU WE CANT HELP YOU!!".
Run, don't walk from this doctor and his horrid staff.

I love this office.  My daughter was nine weeks premature and has no real issues besides feeding problems.  It seems as if every time I feed her, she spits up everything and cries all the time.  When we arrived to the office, it was very clean and quiet.  The doctor saw my daughter right away. He was very attentive and spent at least 45 minutes speaking with me and determining my baby's history and making a plan to treat my daughter.  It has only been a day and I think his plan of care for my daughter is working.  He also gave me his cell phone number just in case I wanted to speak with him after hours or I had any other problems. I love this doctor and I think more doctors should be exactly like him. He receives an A+ in my book.

My 4 month old had been hospitalized multiple times. She has a heart condition but she was also in "failure to thrive". She had seen 3 other gastroenterologists who tried putting her on formula and aggressive medications. Nothing really helped. She would scream when you tried to feed her and it was very obvious to my husband and I that she was in pain. She was transported to Miami Childrens and there was even talk of a surgical feeding tube.
My husband and I were scared for her as she just got thinner and more miserable. We were starting to wonder if she was going to make it threw this. After 2 weeks they sent her home on all sorts of fortifiers and medications. She was barely eating enough but they had hoped that being at home she might be more relaxed and eat a little better.
A few weeks later she was not eating at all. I asked my pediatrician to please refer me to another Gastroenterologist. I walked into Doctor Edelstein's office and there was no waiting since they don't over book. He listened to what I had to say and examined my daughter. He was the kindest doctor I had ever seen and after that visit my daughter started eating again. His treatment was not overly aggressive and it was tailored to treat her. It has been six weeks since our first visit and my daughter is a different baby. She is happy and gaining weight like she should. We are so grateful.
