When I was first diagnosed I felt really afraid.  Then I found Dr. Marks.  From our first visit, I could tell that he really cared and listened to everything I had to say.  He made me feel so much better!  He reassured me that there were good solutions and got me started right away on a new plan.  I am so happy I found a doctor I really trust and I'm now doing so much better.  I am so grateful to you Dr. Marks!

Dr. Marks is great. He always spends time with me and listens to what i have to say, and then works with me to find a solution. He has a great bedside manner and is warm and caring.He's also very smart and has great medical advice. I feel so lucky to have him as my doctor and have highly recommended him to my family and friends.

He's a wonderful doctor and really cares about his patients.  He spends as much time with me as I need, no matter what my problem is.  I've recommended him to all of my friends and they say they've all been as happy as I've been!

I  agree with John L., the reviewer prior to me, as my experience there many years ago was exactly the same as his.  I was seeing the previous doctor that had his office there before he moved to join another practice and since this office was convenient for me I attempted to remain there.  But the guy that runs the office, Ben, is the most rudest person on the planet and made it unbearable to withstand.  He treats all patients the same, as addicts.  He has a preconceived notion that if you're seeking relief from pain you're addict.  Not everyone seeking relief from pain is an addict!  Luckily for me, I have private insurance and had choices. My surgeon didn't found my previous pain doctor and referred back to him.  Granted I drive 25-30 minutes each way, but it's worth it!  I've been with him for 5 years now.  He's leaving his practice soon and if I'm not satisfied with the new person, there is another doctor less than 5 minutes from my house that I will check out.  I feel sorry for those that don't have a choice because of their insurance and are forced to go to a place like this.  I'm surprised that Dr. Marks has been there for this long as my experience with him was pleasant.  He seems to be the opposite of this office manager! I have a friend with state insurance and she is in chronic pain after her previous back surgeries and I referred her to this place, but I feel bad for her to interact with such a goon.  I already warned her about this guy though.  At least she has the heads up unlike most people that go there for the first time. Good luck to those that have to go because of insurance.  Have patience until you find an alternative.

This place is THE WORST PAIN CLINIC IN CT!!!! Stay FAR FAR away! Dr marks NEVER sees patients, its always an LPRN and they are all mean, rude,  and could care LESS about their patients. This is a pill factory,  they don't want to do anything but send you with a script. No sort of DOCTERING hapoens here whatsoever. They slap your wrist if you don't take meds every 4 hours, cut you off for not having enoigh in your system, lie, steal your money, and the front desk is MISERY in person form.

Go far away. Trust  me
