Over that past 15 years, I've gotten 100s of massages. None of them compare to what Sara was able to accomplish in just 60 minutes. Her technique and efficiency made me fear my massage had lasted 2 hours instead of the actual 60 minutes. She is simply superb. I have been seeing Sara Akerlund regularly since I gave birth to my second daughter about 7 months ago. I can hardly believe what a difference her care has made in the healing process my body has gone through since giving birth. I feel like my achey, sore, stiff body is finally near my pre-pregnancy state and then some. Massage treatments with Sara have also kept my body from succumbing to the effects of nursing/carrying a robust newborn AND dealing with an active toddler too. I have very little time for self-care right now but my appointments with Sara are non-negotiable. I highly recommend her to any new mom or mom-to-be!
