They favor illegal immigrants over native Seattlites, even in terms of staff. Quality has dropped dramitically over the past year or so since Seattle took on sanctuary city status, and I got tired of getting nasty looks from a waiting room full of people who are clearly ungrateful for all the help they have recieved from our country.

Most of the staff are great, especially the usual bloodwork guy, but this is not the place to go if you have chronic pain, or anything even vaguely complex. The doctor I saw was rude, uncompassionate, and acted like I was crazy or just wanted drugs, despite turning down painkillers on several occasions. I just wanted to get to the bottom of what was causing me to be in horrible pain, and they treated me like an idiot for simply wanting them to do their job.

Shut this facade down. Incompetent. Dangerous. Missed diagnosis, missed symptoms, poor clinical intuition, and great at talking down to patients who demand answers and root causes to symptoms instead of psychopharm or medications. Turn down medicine and want answers, you will see how quickly they bully you. Its the age of healing not keeping people sick or labelling people mentally ill because you have no idea what you are doing!. And their incompence and ignorance will lead you down a rabbit hole of psych meds rather than a healthy living. Abusive deamanors of nursing staff and pseudo doctors, and self praise when your tests come back semi normal but you still have deathly bad symptoms. Throw in scheduling staff who are annoyed you are there and make sure to act like they are doing u favors, and this place should be shut down for doing harm. Save your life. Dont go here. This place is full of the nurses and docs who cant get jobs other places but like to put you down when you are sick to hide their own incompetence. When confronted, its like the bully that is caught and then wants to claim you are crazy. Check out yelp reviews which outline more of their incompetence. After months of hives, flare ups, and one set of limited and elemtary lab tests they just stopped, no tests, no medical care, even though my symptoms got worse. No referrals, no calls to my immunologist. Nothing. Because they did not know what was wrong or knew to read my chart. Did these people even go to school? The last time I was there I saw some random incompetent narcissist, who refused additional tests or to look at my chart and stated, "Only God know whats wrong with you, so stop seeking doctors for answers. Seek God". Well if only God knows, why dont you voluntarily go out of business and stop getting paid for acting like a doctor. Ive never seen such stupidity in a place so well funded. This is not medical treatment. Its medicaid fraud! I'm updating this. They are also in HIPPA violation by responding to YELP complaints. After my horrible visit, I received even worse news. The abusive doctor who saw me that day sent me my lab work in the mail. I never asked for labs to be sent in the mail, and because I was not near my mailbox, someone else opened my mail and this violated hiippA. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A CHRONIC ILLNESS. They will screw everything up and TRAUMATIZE you with their IGNORANCE.

Nothing but great experiences so far. I love Dr. Mandell! She's an amazingly friendly doctor that seems to care a lot about her patients, and is open to learning things she may not know, or work with you to get you on a treatment path that you and her can agree on. Counseling upstairs with Dan is also great. I've had no problems with wait times. Varying wait times are very typical for a doctors office. Some days I've waited a minute, some days I've waited 20 minutes, but it's understandable for anyone who has been to a doctor in the past. No complaints from me!

This is a great clinic overall when it comes to the homeless youth program, but when it comes to the day clinic they have no resources or first aid help. I asked for some burn ointment and they said that they don't have aby burn oinment and wanted me to get seen for a small burn, yes the burn was small, but I didn't want to have to deal with a blister. Like, just the simple ointment for burns is in a first aid kit, but not in a medical clinic?
