Great doctor. He was amiable and very efficient. Because of the stuff I had told the nurse before he came in to my appointment, he already knew most of what he needed to know and didn't need to ask so many questions. However, if I needed to say something or ask a question, he stopped and waited. He moved at my pace. Quickly helped me discuss treatment options and made me feel in control of my treatment. Then he made sure I had talked about everything I wanted to talk about. Great doctor to work with!

Nursing staff is horrible with communication. They messed up multiple prescriptions for me: wrong doses, completely wrong prescriptions and forgetting to send them altogether. Dr. Jones is great, but the staff is bad enough that I'm switching Doctors.

We had Dr. Jones as our primary care doctor and loved him. He takes time with you and gives great counsel on health concerns. We even called him after hours one time in a panic and he helped ease our worries and made sure the situation was ok. Great doctor.

I've tried a couple of doctors since my primary care physician retired and I have not yet had that feeling that I've found the one, until I met Dr. Jones. I clicked with him within the first minute of our first visit. The next visit was just as pleasant. He is friendly, personable, and listened to my concerns. I think I have found my new doctor.

My wife and I have been treated by Justin Jones for a couple of years. I feel like he does an excellent job. His office staff is really good about following up as well.
