I waited an hour after my appt time, then the doctor saw me for less than 5 minutes...probably because it was 4:55 pm by that time. I understand the clinic getting behind, but I feel cheated having less than 5 minutes with a specialist...but I'll be billed for a full visit.

Yes, I am giving it 5 stars! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Kip is a really good ENT who patient, kind and listens to you so that he can treat you properly. I also go to their hearing specialist Craig and he is the same. There is a hearing specialist that works there that I recommend to stay away from, his name is Adam. Just the other day I went in to get my something fixed on my hearing aid. He was really snappy with m me. Then, when I got out into my car I realized that he put the wrong piece on my hearing aid. So, I went back in spoke with the receptionist and she went back and told him. He made me wait another 45 minutes to fix what he did wrong and then when he took me back again he was even more rude. He fixed the problem, threw my hearing aid back at me and then said to me, "Good luck!" He made me feel like I was a burden to him and that he didn't want to have anything to do with me. Just a real jerk. But, other than him. Everybody is really sweet.

I highly recommend Dr. Robins. In my first visit he immediately solved a “swimmer’s ear” problem I had lived with for years. He prescribed a treatment that was far superior (and less expensive) than my former prescribed medicine. In subsequent visits he has also been very helpful in identifying and explaining my current hearing issues. I appreciate the time he takes to fully explain each condition and recommended treatment.

Dr. Robins was very patient with my son and made sure he was comfortable during the exam unlike our previous pediatric ent. I felt he did a much more thorough exam and gave a better explanation of the problem. He listened to my concerns and questions and never made me feel dumb for asking them or rushed me through the appointment.

Dr. Robins has been excellent to work with. He has answered my questions and all said and done my hearing has improved greatly because of the procedure he recommended and performed! It's been very exciting to learn how much sound is in the world.
