This is regarding the Admin, front desk, first contact - staff at the Lester Office.  VERY poor customer service, very unwilling to help just get a referral through in order to see Lester, people out a lot, and one office pointing the finger at the other office.  Unwilling to contact the insurance company for the information for the referral given by my Dr.'s office.  all-in-all, making this a miserable experience, and I was unwilling in the end to use Lester, due to her Admin staff.  I am still seeking a female dermatologist in Cedar Park, but at this point, I would settle for one in Dallas.

I took my mom to see Dr. Laura today and was very pleased to see the professionalism and care she showed towards her. She took time to understand the problem and provided us with short and long term care to help my mom get better. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lester and Lone Star Dermatology.

Dr. Lester is a nice person but she was not very helpful to me.  I had a rash on my fingers and ridging and pain on my fingernails and my doctor sent me to her.  She did a biopsy and ran some blood tests.  By the time my removal of stitches on the biopsy was scheduled in 19 days so that when I went back she had to use a razor blade to get the stitches out of my finger.  I now have a huge scar that hurts when touched on my finger.  She diagnosed me with chilblains and gave me a website that might have information.  She told me to use steroid cream on the rash.  No prescription for it though.  I went home and checked the website and there was no information.  I made another appointment and she printed out a page of a website and gave it to me.   I am sure she did her best but I have paid over $400 for these appointments and I still don't really know how to manage my chilblains and my fingernails are still in pain and ridged.   I am ready to try a whole new doctor.
