I worked for Dr. Hartmann for over three years and he and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and strive to meet every patient's needs. It felt like family and I know Dr. Hartmann truly cares about each and every patient. I actually enjoyed going to work everyday and getting to know the patients was an added bonus. Skin cancer is on the rise, but the good thing is it can be caught early and fairly easy to treat. Please make sure to have a skin check with a Board Certified Dermatologist every year. Also, please ask about the skin rejuvenation products. It's never to early or late to start a skin care regimen. It can have your skin looking younger and refreshed without any invasive procedures. I definitely miss the great products Dr. Hartmann made available to his staff and patients. These products are superior to what you would find at your retail store and very affordable. Your skin deserves the best and you will thank yourself for preserving your beautiful skin! I miss all of you, staff and patients! Hope to come visit soon. Amy Warren Andrews

I have seen Dr. Hartmann several times and have received great service. Now without insurance, I cannot afford to see him anymore and that is my complaint. Just a simple exam will run up to 200 dollars, and then if anything such as mole is removed, you can double or triple that price before you are clear. The cost of healthcare is sinful here. Look elsewhere if you struggling to make ends meet.

Dr Hartmann works well with my teen. He explains everything thoroughly and takes the time to answer all our questions.

The staff and medical doctors seem caring and professional. I would go back!

The staff is extremely unprofessional. Receptionist was not only incompetent but also unprofessional with her passive aggressive manner. There are plenty of dermatologist within this area that make lone star dermatology a waste of anyones time. Took me 2 weeks to schedule my first appointment. All because everytime I called their office I was sent to voice mail. Think its a joke? Call them up! No one will answer.
