My appointment was at 8 in the morning here it is 9:20 and I still haven't been seen the staff is super rude you have a new physician every time you come in this place is horrible

I decided to bring my daughter to Dr stiles office before i knew she moved out of state. I was also shocked at the filthiness and poor staff when i first brought her but since then I have notice they have gotten cleaner and staff is performing better on customer service. But as far as their ability to keep their appointment times close to scheduled times seems impossible for them. It is not easy when you have to scedule work and other things knowing your appointment is at a certain time but here you are waiting half hours to hours past time you scheduled.

"Katie Peters-McAvoy~ I'm looking for a new pediatrician for my children. I'm currently going to dr. Laura Stiles in Rowlett and I feel like we aren't valued patients and it's more of like get you in get you out take your money then actually caring about the child. I just came in here for my daughter's 4 year old check up and not a single recognizable face was here and they didn't know anything about my kid and she's been going here her whole life. Please help me I'm so confused"

My children have been going here since we moved to Texas in 2000, I've never had any problems. Now my first grandson is a patient here. So that should explain it all...we love them.

The drs are very nice, and I have never had a bad experience. They call a day or two before your appointment to make sure you can still make it also. I have used them for over a year since my son was born. Anytime I had a concern or thought he might be sick they got me in that day. Very pleased with them!
