Dr Lobaugh himself should receive a 5; however, his staff is disorganized, unprofessional, and completely lacking in quality of work. The young lady who did my wife's weight, vitals, and intake was very good, but the schedulers are pathetic, the nurse is disrespectful, "manager" is rude, and they do nothing but make excuses. When the doctor is as good as Dr Lobaugh is, he should surround himself with quality people who know how to provide results and not sub par service. I recommend he fire his entire front office staff if they can not schedule properly, not be condescending on the phone, and being completely rude to patients and their spouses.

He is wonderful and does a good job in answering all concerns. I never had a problem with the staff, my time there was appreciated.

This is my second pregnancy, that he has taken care of...I'm on my 5th BTW. Absolutely love the staff! He takes great care of you! Highly recommend.

As a first time mom I can truly say my entire experience was wonderful. Dr. Lobaugh is awesome & I would do it all over again with him by my side. The L&D staff at Seton was very attentive & awesome as well. I had a very beautiful delivery three months ago & smooth recovery. Highly recommend!

Staff is incredibly rude! Karen the receptionist doesn't return calls in an appropriate manner. I had a terrible experience with them and will never refer anyone to him. He never listened to my concerns because he only had 5 minutes to spend with me while I waited hours for him to see him. Poor care!
