I had been going to this provider for quote some time, and the lady at the front desk with the long, blonde hair is always rude and not dressed for a doctor's office. I don't think in the time I was there that I've ever seen her smile. She's rude, and unhelpful. I'm honestly surprised she's been there that long. My main provider is good, but the customer service at the front desk is the opposite. Had some iffy experiences with people in the lab as well. Changed my provider to a different medical home and had no issues, I'd avoid this place if you can.

So glad Mr. Amaya is back! He's a great listener, always explains everything thoroughly, and is always super genial during the appointments. While he was gone, I saw a few other doctors. Dr. Paladugu was patient and very helpful. Every nurse I've had has been great to work with-- attentive, detailed, and kind. I feel like the whole team there is very focused on making sure my needs are met and preventative checkups are kept on schedule. When I first started going to this center back in 2015, there were some long wait times. They have since improved this drastically. I never have to wait past my appointment time any more and the pharmacy line has improved, too. Occasionally, I have issues getting an appointment but I think that's more of an issue with Fort Hood's appointment service than anything else. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience at this facility.

My provider is excellent as well as most of the staff there. The pharmacy has a lot to be desired! Extremely RUDE! They are the reason I'd rather pay co-pays at Walmart or CVS then have anything filled with these people! They are an AWFUL species!

Horrible customer service at the front Desk. The receptionist are unprofessional and unwilling to help if it means taking a few minutes to explain something to an unfamiliar patient.
