I've only been there once for a school mandated physical for my son. I would say that everything about the place was fine. I got a good impression of the doctor. Very personable. What I was surprised/disappointed by was to be upcharged after payment. I went to the payment clerk, she reviewed our service (one-time physical) and requested the full amount.($25 I believe) I gave her my credit card and believed I had paid in full. 3,4 and 5 months later, I received a bill for $5. I didn't pay out of principal. You can't upcharge after the fact. Plus, never assume that a perceived low dollar amount is affordable for anyone. An unexpected charge of $5 could mean nothing for your kids lunch that day. Office manager should review billing practices.

Dr  Keilhorn is a joke if you ask me. I went in with my own lab work and asked for his professional help. I wanted to know what was going on with my body. Well he simply looked over the results and GUESSED what MIGHT be the cause of the high levels. He is all about a check! He wanted me to come back for this that and the other when it's clear that additional lab work could have been done that day. He is young and tries to fast talk you. You got my $168 but you won't get another dime because I left there still not knowing what in the hell is going on with my body.

We called and set an appointment at 10am.  We were advised to arrive 15 minutes early and we did.  We were not seen for my 10am appointment until 10:45am.  It was a 5 minute session with the doctor.   

My understanding of setting up an appointment is to be seen at that time.  It's a mutually agreed upon time between me and the provider.  If I show up 45 minutes late, it's unacceptable and not tolerated.  This clinic needs to RESPECT TIME.   As a patient who responsibly schedules an appointment and shows up early, I expect the providers to demonstrate a mutual sense of respect and responsibility.

I've only been twice but everything is clean and the staff has all been very friendly. When drawing blood, the nurse went into my hand instead of fishing for my veins on my arm that are hard to find. Everything was very fast and my doctor seems very nice. I hope she continues to be over the course of my visits. I've had a much better experience here than at the clinic near Rosewood and 190. They were cold and almost rude. I'm glad to see its a location difference and not a company wide characteristic.

Like to play games and run up the bill.   They make up their own rules as they go and generally those rules involve you paying more and having to come back several times.  Go somewhere else.
