I had been looking for a new dentist after moving to TX from IL. I had previously been extremely happy with my dentist of 25 years in IL so I was putting off finding a new one after moving. After receiving a few direct mailers, I read some reviews for Stonehaven and decided to give them a try. Very positive experience for both my initial exam and follow up cleaning. The entire visit from sign in to checking out went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this office based on the good service, clean environment, friendly staff, and ease of scheduling before work.

Since my last unpleasant visit, the regional and office managers of Stonehaven Dental have both reached out to me to extend their deepest apologies. They are now doing everything in their power to ensure my future experiences are positive. I highly appreciate knowing that my voice is heard and that the establishment truly values their patients. **UPDATE: Wow!! What an amazing establishment. Let me tell you, if you have the smallest concern, they do care! I have witnessed this establishment go above and beyond to ensure my comfort during each visit and I couldn't be more appreciative. You can tell they are not just about the money here, and that is what truly matters. If you want to know the truth about your dental health and you're in the area, Stonehaven is the place.

I came to this clinic with a root canal & build-up done by an outstanding endodontist. On both appointment days I was asked to come an hour 2 two hours earlier. I get to my appointments n end up waiting for over an hour to be seen. I have allergies so I started itching n once in The back I see air ducts have mold on them!! (Lack of cleaning). My build-up is prep-ed for a temporary cap, and the dentist does not put on my temp. (one of the dental techs did). It was on 4 about 3-4 weeks w no pain nothing, it wouldn't move. I go back 4 a permanent cap. After waiting forever in the office, a dental tech tried to take off my temp cap. It would not budge. The dentist then comes in n literally tried to take it off but couldn't w his hands so he had to saw it off!!!!Understanding, that a temp should not be that hard to remove. I got a cap put on but my tooth doesn't feel good. I heard cracking n they pulled in tugged at that area for so long that I fear. Something is wrong!! I wish the dentist would of put on my Temp. Since this dentist was very good at his job, and he really wanted to ensure I had the best outcome. But, if the tech didn't know what adhesive to use 4 a build-up, she should of asked. If your going to be seen at this clinic ensure they know how to handle your issue 100%. Plus, the proper supplies.

The staff was so happy, energetic and friendly! They explained everything they were doing before they did it. They have a knowledgeable Dr and the best hygienist ever!! By far the best experience my children & have had at a dental office!!!

The folks at Stonehaven are great. They are caring and very friendly. They are personal and like family. I just adore the bunch of them. My orthodontist is a great person and he does try to help you. As for me I am a work in progress and he has improved my teeth greatly. Thanks to all of you. Love you all . Today 3-8-27 i,visited the office of Stonehaven and I met Dr. Johnson he was very busy but he made the time to answer my questions and concerns. He was great and caring. My past visit at the office were friendly and the orthodontist she was fabulous. The dentist hygienist are great ladies. Thanks alot for taking care of teeth and making them straight. Also thank you ladies in the office for their customer service and professionalism. Thanks
