I was originally concerned about all the negative reviews.  I am so glad that I went forward with my appointment with Dr. Jessica A Knirk, MD.  I had a total of 3 appointments/procedures.  EVERY one of them was exactly on time.  The office contacts were professional, attentive and demonstrated a concerned and caring attitude.  Dr. Knirk was a delight.  Listening carefully to my issues and responding with a clearly stated plan to proceed.  All subsequent procedures were quickly and properly arranged.  Dr. Knirk is probably the last of the truly professional and caring doctors.

Like always you have 15 to 20 minutes of paperwork as a new patient . Had a 2:45 appointment. Arrived at 2:42. Sat in the office watching patients come and go. After an hour and half waiting . went and asked what was taking so long. They said my wife was next. Sat and watched the waiting room empty out and still was not called. This is unacceptable treatment to the patients. we left the office without getting seen.

Great doctor, but his reception office is a joke! I called 8 times at different times of the day on separate occasions and the woman who makes appointments was “away from her desk” every single time i called.. i tried explaining the situation to another receptionist and she directed me to? You guessed it! Voicemail.

I would like to say, after reading the reviews prior to my visit... I was quiet nervous about how the visit was goingto be. Absolutely the worst Neurologist ever!! I have been suffering from MS and Do Not recommend going to him at all !!!

Saw Dr. Santos Yu and he is very knowledgeable about the subject matter.  I had to wait two hours to see him.  Front / back office has to improve their process to move patients quickly. As a new patient, I had to fill out registration forms that took 20-25 minutes.  No one told these form were available on their website. Overall, good doctor and worth the wait.
