I had a good experience here. The wait wasn't that long. I saw Dr John Kastrup. I liked him a lot. He spent a lot of time with me, and answered all my questions. His bedside manner was excellent.

Terrible, terrible, terrible! Aside from rude and unprofessional staff, I first saw Dr. John Kastrup three years ago at which time he confirmed I needed both hips replaced. He said however he would not perform the surgery until I got down to a certain weight. Being in a wheelchair and unable to excersise, it was very difficult but after three years and a loss of 120 pounds, I finally reached the goal that Dr. Kastrup had set. I returned to Dr. Kastrup on July 14, 2017 and received a long pre-surgery to-do list which I fulfilled and surgery was scheduled. Two weeks before surgery I attended a pre-op appointment withe Dr. Kastrup. I was fully expecting further instructions as to pre-registering at the hospital, etc., not to mention being very excited at the prospect of walking again and being pain free! Instead, Dr. Kastrup's nurse comes in and says the Dr. has cancelled the surgery with no believable reason except that Dr. Kastrup had changed his own weight requirement and now wanted me to loose another 25 pounds. Dr. Kastrup did not even have the courtesy or professionalism to come into the room to see me face to face. The hero had his nurse tell me! I have loss all confidence in Dr. John Kastrup and would not allow him to carve a Thanksgiving turkey!

Best doctor visit ever. I was a new patients and I was checked in efficiently within 5 minutes. I was also called to the back to see the doctor right at the time of my appointment. The doctor saw me within 10 minutes of going to the back and he ordered x-rays and told me the tech would be in shortly. I expected to wait for the tech but that wasn't the what happened she came in right away as the doctor was leaving the room. I even got a small procedure done while there. In my opinion this is one of the most efficient doctor offices I've ever visited. Great customer service and overall experience.

Place is a joke my had an appointment at 11:40 walked in 11:28 was turned away because I was not there 30 minutes early. Stay away
