If you should suffer from chronic pain BEWARE. I HAVE BEEN IN PAIN MANAGEMENT WITH DR FORMOSA IN JACKSONVILLE A HIGHLY RESPECTED PAIN MANAGEMENT PHYSICIAN. DUE TO A SPIN TUMOR AND TWO MAJOR SURGERYS,I AM ON NARCOTICS NIT BY CHOICE. MY LAST APPOINTMENT I WAS CALLED A DRUG ADDICT BY DR KEEN. TODAY I HAD A FOLLOW-UP I BROUGHT MY MRI TO DISCUSS WITH HIM THE REASONS FOR THE PAIN MEDS, HE TOOK THEM IN HIS HAND, NEVER SEEING THEM BEFORE AND LAUGHING AT ME TOLD ME THAT SHOWING HIM MY MRI IS THE FIRST THING A DRUG ADDICT DOES. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS BY A DOCTOR, MY NEXT STEP IS A COMPLAINT TO THE MEDICAL BOARD. I AM A 66 YEAR OLD MAN AND FEEL THAT I WAS TREATED IN THE WORST POSSIBLE WAY BY A SO CALLED PHYSICIAN. HE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF

Best Dr I've seen in Florida.  Very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable.  Great staff.  All around wonderful experience.

I am new to the area and I am very happy that I choose Dr. Keen.  Dr. Keen and his staff are wonderful! Dr. Keen was very thorough and caring.  It is refreshing to find a doctor with such a great attitude!
