Northtowne Mazda is, by far, the best dealership in the KC Metro area. My 2018 Mazda3 is the second vehicle I've purchased from this dealership, and I continue to be impressed by their level of professionalism and customer service. I arrived at the dealership with a specific vehicle in mind. Jason Chandler promptly got the vehicle so we could go on a test drive and got things in motion so that my follow-up visit to complete the sale was quick and easy. Throughout the sales process, I never felt like the dealership did not have my best interests in mind. It was fair, transparent, and a breeze. This is why I'll continue to come back to Northtowne Mazda and will recommend friends and family. Thank you, Northtowne Mazda, for another great purchasing experience! I hope to enjoy my Mazda3 for many years to come.

Great car buying experience. I was anxious about the car buying process but between Jason and Tom I was able to get the perfect car with just the right number of features that I wanted at a good price. The staff was friendly and helpful and practically laid out the red carpet for me. I had to go back at a later date to finish paperwork and wasn't sure what I'd be walking into but the second I stepped through the door I was greeted by name by three members of the staff, offered a bottle of water and taken through what seemed to be a very efficient yet thorough process of paperwork. What I imagined would take up my whole night was done in a timely manner. I got to know a bit about everyone I worked with because they were all so personable and I'd recommend this dealership to anyone. I'm loving the car and Northtowne Mazda was awesome.

My experience with Northtowne Mazda was excellent. I knew my choice of vehicle was between a Mazda 6 and a Toyota Camry. I requested information from several dealers and Northtowne provided the information without any of the stereotypical car salesman stuff. Gene, the sales consultant, asked if I was interested in coming in for a test drive. I requested a Friday test drive and upon my arrival, a quick copy of my DL was made, and I was able to take a Mazda 6 for a drive. As Friday was a day off for Gene, Tom, the sales manager, stepped in, was professional and I believe we both appreciated that neither of us wanted to waste the other's valuable time. After test driving a Camry the same day, I decided to go with the Mazda 6. Tom had a 6 with the options I wanted but not the color. On Saturday, Tom had located a 6 with the options I wanted and was confident the vehicle could be in Gladstone on Monday. All of the communication on Friday evening and Saturday was via e-mail including my commitment to buy the car. Monday evening I purchased the car and drove home. Gene sent a thank you e-mail on Wednesday to make certain I knew he and the entire dealership wanted me to be completely satisfied. I am very impressed with the team at Northtowne Mazda. The entire process from initial request to driving the car home was as painless as buying a car can be. I felt truly valued as a potential customer and absolutely feel appreciated as a Mazda 6 owner.

Best place to buy a car great customer service very fast easy and professional they will walk through the whole process making sure you drive away with car. Love it love it love it.
