Without going into too much detail, here's the summary: we used this place exclusively for car service and repair work on multiple vehicles for several years. The staff was generally friendly, but that's about where the good part ends. The biggest issue is they performed service work on a part still under warranty (vehicle was outside of the bumper to bumper period but this part was still covered - which we discovered later) on our vehicle and then stated that they can't be responsible for knowing the specifics of every vehicle's warranty. Well, they are either being dishonest or have a knowledge deficit. Either way, they are the supposed car experts (not me), and should know better. We'll take some responsibility for this one since we should have researched this issue better before giving them the go ahead on service. We gave them a chance to make this right by a discussion in person with the manager, but he instead tried to totally blow us off and play dumb about the issue. I've also taken the same vehicle in for alignment multiple times and they can never get it right - and eventually just had to take it somewhere else. In addition, their work is ALWAYS much slower than they say it will be. If they say it will be done by 5pm, it will probably be done sometime next week. Finally, on one of our repair issues, our vehicle had to go out for a "test drive" after a repair had been made. They (two service guys) eventually returned after about 40 minutes and said that everything was good. I get in the car and it smells like french fries - I can't be sure, but I'm pretty sure they took my car to get fast food. We have several thousand dollars worth of service/repair work that needs to be done on our vehicles, and we were going to give this place another chance. Since the manager doesn't want to take our concerns seriously, we'll vote with our wallets and spend our money elsewhere. We suggest you do the same.

Great fun when your battery dies. I thought about going to a much larger center for a new one but chose Driver's Edge based on previous good service. They had one in stock, installed it promptly and I was on my way.

Be EXTREMELY cautious, and well educated about your vehicle before purchasing, and even receiving a quote for services here. I spoke with an individual on the phone 4-5 days before scheduling an appointment to determine pricing. One of the services I was quoted over the phone was $99 dollars. When arriving to my appointment, the guy behind the counter informed me the price was $180, nearly double what I was quoted before arriving to the appointment. To put this in perspective, the dealership quoted me for THREE services, including this wildly misquoted service, @ $225. If I had not confirmed pricing, it would've been more expensive to bring my vehicle here than the dealership. Even after correcting their mistake, and speaking out against the extremely overpriced service, I'm paying approximately $20 less than the dealership. Is it worth it to deal with these tactics and be concerned about the work they offer as well? Is it more beneficial to go to the dealership, deal with less of these tactics, and have full faith and confidence in the work being done? You be the judge. I personally feel scammed already, and I haven't even received my vehicle back. You can guarantee when I do though, I'll be taking it up to the dealership to make sure the service I just purchased from here was authentic, and properly done.

Easy guys to work with. They are fun and down to earth. A pleasure to do business with.

Worst customer service ever! That includes the manager which was a big shock to me. I tried to use the attached coupon for a $24.95 oil change They say they can't honor it because it depends on the location. It does not state that anywhere in the fine print. They say they will bring that up to corporate. I go ahead and get the oil changed anyway since I'm already there. When I go to pay the worker says it will be $70! He decided he better give me a $70 oil change since I was trying to save money. How that makes sense I have no idea. Not even a simple "sorry" we charged you $70 without asking. Horrible service + dishonest employees= never again. Don't come here.
